New Year, New Keys: Big Wins Ahead at the Richards Building

Happy New Year!  A bit belated but we’re still in it, aren’t we?  And boy are we excited to see all of 2025’s hard work finally coming to life as our first tenants move into their new, custom offices and studios!  It seems like it’s all finally coming together in a visually tangible way.  Simple things – like doorknobs!! with keys!! – tell us that this is going to be a great year at the Richards Building.

And because you’ve been on this ride with us all along (or maybe you’re new here, in which case, welcome!), we are going to start highlighting the 2026 wins, whether those are new doorknobs or new tenants getting the keys to said doorknobs.  We want to share it all with you. 

So, be on the lookout for a (hopefully) weekly newsletter where we highlight our construction progress, the businesses that are taking offices and studios here, as well as updates from The Amp. It’ll be more like it was in the early days of the blog, when everything was exciting and new and surprises seemed to be waiting around every corner! After a long process of tearing down and putting back together, we are finally heading into the season of Big Stuff Happening!
