A creative space for making, teaching and sharing art.
What's the plan?
Roughly 10,000 sq feet of community art space, the Richards Basement will be a place where artists of all types can connect with the community to make art, teach art, and share art. The space will include a performance area with roughly 90 seats, a number of studios, a music rehearsal room, and the ability host a variety of events from gallery shows to cocktail parties.
The Richards Basement is currently working with Morris Arts on an exciting partnership called the Arts Hive - more details to come!
