Multi-Vendor Market for Uncommon Items

What's the plan?
Over the years, the Richards Building has hosted a long succession of retail stores - first George Richards & Co. general store, later JJ Newberry's, and most recently the Dover Antique Center. Following in that tradition, the Richards Mercantile will be a store where you can find a variety of "uncommon items" -- perhaps vintage or hand-crafted or imported.
In addition to approximately 4,000 sq ft of open retail space, Richards Mercantile will have flexible spaces - both inside and open to pedestrians on Blackwell Street - suitable for pop-ups, flea markets and farmers markets. And, in addition to the retail goods for sale, Richards Mercantile will also feature a lunch counter - a throwback to the Newberry's lunch counter of old.
Richards Mercantile is designed to be friendly to entrepreneurs, with flexible options (consignment, co-op leases, pop-up, etc.) suitable for smaller vendors.
