Located along Bassett Highway, Richards Kitchens will feature 3 kitchens. Two will be regular commercial kitchens for long-term tenants, with one kitchen serving a dining area along Bassett Highway and another serving the marketplace lunchcounter.

The third kitchen has been designed for teaching and training but also available as a commissary kitchen for caterers, food trucks, makers of artisinal foods, and others preparing food for sale.
