The Richards Building will include spaces suitable for all kinds of events, regardless of size. More specifically:

• Our basement art space is intentionally designed with a flexible configuration that will make it a great place to host parties and events, large or small.

• In the southeast corner of the third floor is a beautiful 1500 sq foot room with high ceilings and exposed wood, the former office of Dover's first mayor (George Richards) which is being renovated into a space for receptions and gatherings.

• Our marketplace contains two flex spaces suitable for pop-up shops, flea markets, farmer's markets, crafting seminars, etc.

• Our teaching kitchen is perfect for cooking-related gatherings.
