As we took down the ceiling in our ground floor retail space, we found a reminder of who built the building... written on a 100 year old steel beam. (I wonder if that beam was manufactured right here in Dover?)
We had struggled a bit with whether we should call the building the "Newberry Building" or the "Richards Building" -- seems like maybe Richards Building was the right choice!
