The Tell-Tale Heart - The Amp Signature Series Performance

Join us for a spooky season treat as our Amp Signature Series kicks off with a haunting chamber opera adaptation of Edgar Allan Poe's classic tale of horror and suspense, The Tell-Tale Heart! This Co-Production with the Baroque Orchestra of New Jersey will bring this modern, operatic take on Poe's iconic short story to new audiences.

The Tell-Tale Heart at The Amp:

• Prelude of Selected Musical Pieces

• Vocal Performance of The Tell-Tale Heart

• Q&A with Performers and Composer & Maestro Robert Butts

• Reception in The Richards Room

We're thrilled to have Composer and Maestro Robert Butts and the performers engaging in a talk-back session after the show, so you can ask questions about the piece and about their career, influences, and anything else you want to know! After the talk-back, join the Maestro and guests for a small reception in the building's historic Richards Room.

This co-production with The Baroque Orchestra of New Jersey is giving us thrills! Horror tale enthusiasts and music lovers unite for this diabolically great time on Sunday, October 25th at 2pm at The Amp in Dover, NJ!
